Shipping Information FedEx Ground is our standard shipping method. We can also ship with UPS, if requested. FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes. Please supply the street address for shipping purposes. If the address is a residence, please let us know. We strive to offer you fair prices for guaranteed safe shipping worldwide. For orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or International destinations, call or email for an exact quote. FedEx Ground Service (per physical address in the continental USA).
We make every effort to ensure that your shipment arrives on time, absolutely correct, and in pristine condition. We package your items extremely well with an abundance of foam, packing peanuts, and quality packaging. In the rare event that your items are damaged in shipping, please notify us and your carrier immediately. Central Plasticworks is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. Rush Shipping Charges - We are known for our fast turnarounds, but occasionally if ample time is not given to produce/complete your order (usually 5 working days minimum), expedited shipping must be used. We offer these rush shipping methods: Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. These services are costly and are billed at the List Price for the needed service.
